How to change Android version in About ( Settings )

Warning : Be careful when doing this. Bootloop may occur.

So how to do it ?

Easy.

1. Download Root Explorer from Blackmart. or Here

2. Go to /system folder.

3. Search build.prop, open it with Text Editor.

4.  Find ro.build.version.release= and change number after '=' to anything you want.

5. Tap menu, & Save and Exit.

6. Reboot.

Stock Rom DXLE1 for SGY via Odin ( + 14 Status Bar & Deodex )

Official Indonesian firmware package for Samsung GT-S5360

That pic is in Indonesian language. You can the language of course !

Warning : Make sure your battery is at least 70%, so it won't die during the proccess.

1. Download links :

• DXLE1
• Odin
• CWM
• Deodex DXLE1
• 14 Status Bar

2. Flash to stock DXLE1 via odin without BOOT & PIT file. And DON'T check Re-Partition.

3. After you're done flashing and the Media scanner is over, root your SGY.

4. After that copy Deodex DXLE1 and 14 Status bar .zip files to your sdcard.

5. Turn off, and flash Deodex DXLE1 via CWM.

5. Reboot.. and then flash 14Status Bar via CWM.

6. Change the language if you want at Pengaturan ( Settings )
7. Done !

What is Link2SD for ? 

Well, Link2SD is an app that makes it easy for Android 1.6+ users with root privileges on their phone to move applications to the SD card.

The idea behind is same with apps2sd scripts, linking applications to SD card's second partition but differs in two ways.

1. Install Link2SD
2. Partition your sdcard. ( Make sure you backup all your sdcard content to your PC, because partitioning removes everything in your sdcard, like songs, images, videos, games and even app's data. ) It'll give you about 1GB storage to store more apps.
3. To do it, boot into CWM.
4. Select advanced > Partition sdcard > 1024M > 0M.
5. After that wipe data, cache partition and dalvik cache.
6. Reboot.
7. Open Link2S, select ext3 and reboot again.
8. Now you can link all the apps on your internal to 2nd sdcard !

Deodex + 14 Status Bar for DXLB1

Note : Your SGY must be in stock rom ( DXLB1 ).

This is a tutorial for getting your SGY ( DXLB1 ) 14 status toggle bar & deodexed.

1. Download : HERE

2. Copy the .zip file to your sdcard
